Willys in Top Performance

Now the that Willys is all painted and ready for the beach, I had to take it out for a spin. For some reason Collier though I was going too fast. Clearly he knows nothing about the physics of approaching the speed of light.

Lightening Strike on the Spit

When not to be on the Spit We had a huge lightning storm around the house last night, and our webcam captured lightning striking what looks like the end of the Spit. Hawks in the Neighbor’s Yard

Kathy took this picture of a Red Tailed Hawk in our neighbor’s yard. While seeming innocuous, it quickly swooped down and ate a rabbit. If you have a miniature poodle, owner beware!

Up On The Roof

With the help of Derrick, our skilled and adventurous contractor, I scaled the roof, to see what a bird’s eye view would be. The view was as breathtaking as he promised, but I had to dig deep to find the courage to climb down the ladder. Going up seemed simple by comparison.
