The landscaping continues
Theresa and her crew have been hard at work on our landscaping. Plants and small trees have popped up all over the property, and a few split rail fences have appeared as well to help frame in some of the plantings. Our stone walkway from the driveway is now complete, and like most of these … Continue reading
Almost at the CO now…
The project is finally in its last stages, and we’re waiting for a CO (Certificate of Occupancy) from the town and a final inspection from the fire department. After that, we’re home free! Now we’re working on the landscaping (yes, we finally have grass again) which will touch almost every part of the property. Hopefully … Continue reading

A House of Their Own
Suspended high above the ground, at least from a kid’s point of view, a Magic Tree House is being built. This one may not travel in time, but is sure to provide the kids with years of adventures.
Work on the Backyard Starts
Digging out under the porch has started, and the forms for the cement foundation have been laid. Now all we need is some cement, five days for it to cure, and we might have our porch back to normal.
Colliers Visit
Catching up with old friends is one of the best parts about this house as it presents and excuse to visit. Old times remind us of good times, and present times make more old times. What a wonderful cycle… Collier & Vicki Collier and Hailey in the Willys Happiness is ice cream on a hot … Continue reading
