Landscaping has started around the house, a sign that the project is in it’s last phases. Loam has been laid down around the house and has been seeded. The lawn will take about a year to fully come in, but will be usable during this summer. It will be great to see plants returning as it’s look pretty barren for one and a half years.
Also, a new outdoor shower is being rebuilt in it’s original location, complete with it’s famous ocean view.
